Lunch is served from 12pm to 2.45pm from Monday to Thursday and from 12pm to 3pm on Friday.

Starters

Ox tongue, violet mustard, pickled mushrooms and kohlrabi
Soft boiled hen’s egg, dill, beetroot, taramasalata and rye
Mussels, sweet corn, nduja, and celery

Mains

Grilled hake, fregola, cauliflower, grapes and guanciale
Spinach and ricotta malfatti, hen of the wood and sage butter
Braised veal shin, baby turnips, grilled polenta and anchovy
